Winter
What is it about Winter ? I feel like I weigh ten thousand pounds, and I look old. The internet has been a mixed blessing, lately. My friends and I have been thinking back on the past. (Mainly...the things we remember.) We are middle-aged, and female...yet, we still love romance. We like clothing, and Nostalgia. We don't know whether to simply give in to the fact we are aging, or fight the frumpy effect. No one has written a good book about "How to Age" for females. Oh they have books about body changes, but we need to hear that it is perfectly normal to wear feathers in our hair to the grocery store....with bells on our braids....I would like to also wear Wax lips, but I think I might laugh so hard they kick me out...for frightening the elderly shoppers. Life can be a huge bore. If I were to see an old man wearing a paper bag on his head...should I assume he's nuts, (society says we must beware of the deviation from the norm) or should I follow my instincts, and say "Nice hat" ?
