Why The Sky

As the sun rises from the edge of the sky,
I sit upon my tree and wonder, why.

Why does the sun come up each day?
Why does it rise and then fade away.

Why is the sky indigo at night?
Why is it bright blue in the light?

Why is sunset more beautiful then sunrise?
Why at this time does it look like tie-dies?

Why do I wonder? Why do I question?
I guess I should get back to my science lessen.
