Sit down and write a song.
Write a story.
Write a poem.
Writing helps take the pain away.
Helps troubles go away.
Takes your mind off your sorrows.
Pour out your heart and soul onto a piece of paper.
Let it all out.
No one hears it but you.
It's like screaming to yourself.
It can help you to stop and think.
Maybe help you relize what you have to do.
And what you should not do.
Write your sorrows down.
Throw them away when your done.
Just let it out.
Keeping it in makes it only worse.
