Hi Ho Hi Ho
Hi Ho Hi Ho it's off to work I go lol ok...so I am just heading to do some writing in the second book. First book is almost ready. Waiting for cover proofs. It's been snowing. Times are tight. Christmas holidays are upon us. Lots to think about and lots to write about. Gifts, decorations, boxes out of attic, boxes into attic, cleaning, polishing...all for one day. Many different religions celebrate this day in their own way. My italian family way was to get up and unwrap presents. After that the turkey was prepared and into the oven it went. After awhile that was taken out for the lasagna. In the meantime we had antipasta. Anything and everything you could think of to snack on. Out came the lasagna and in went the turkey. Eating the lasagna after antipasta was quite a feat. Then there were pies, punch, nuts, fudge, cookies and candy. Then out came that infamous turkey that mom had in the oven since 7:00 a.m. stuffed and ready to go. Eat, eat, eat. But when the turkey was done instead of laying around fat all the dishes get done. When things go wrong in your family you miss these traditions. Believe me many things have gone wrong in my family. Quite possibly you understand. Sounds like a story or a poem to me. I WISH YOU ENOUGH!
