Jesus to forgive you of your sins and save you. Don't rely upon anyone or anything in this world to save you except Jesus Christ alone! Make the decision to rely upon Jesus with all your heart for salvation. Ask Him to forgive you and He WILL save you. That's it friend! See, it's very simple to be saved.
There is nothing you need to give up to be saved, only your unbelief! Though some people would like to make you think you have to stop sinning to be saved, it is simply not true. If this were the case, we would all burn in hell because even the best of Christians sin. You must; however, be sorry enough for your sins to seek forgiveness from God. Of course, If you truly do become a born-again believer, you won't have the attitude that you can continue sinning. The Bible teaches, "For godly sorrow worketh repentance..." (2nd Corinthians 7:10). Many people are only sorry because they got caught doing wrong. You can imprison them but it doesn't change their nature. On the contrary, when we are truly sorry to God for the wrong doing in our life--changes begin to take place. To be saved, you must get your sins forgiven. ONLY Jesus can forgive your sins. To be forgiven, you must confess your sinful condition to God.
Do you see your woeful condition?
license to sin? No, of course not. Christ wants to help you clean up your life. It takes time for the Holy Spirit to work in a person's heart (and everybody is different). Whereas Christ was lacking in your life and sin was dominant before you found salvation, now the reverse should be true...Christ is magnified and sin is diminished in your life. "Repentance" is a change of heart and mind that eventually leads to a change of life. If you don't see yourself as a rotten sinner, then you truly don't realize just how sinful you are. We are all wicked sinners, deserving of hell. (we all have broken the 10 commandments, Gods righteous law, therefore that makes us lawless, breakers of the law....Gods law is perfect therefore we should be perfect....but since we couldnt be as perfect, This is why Christ had to come die on the cross and shed His blood. We simply cannot do anything to redeem ourselves. Salvation is of God friend, not of yourself. No church or organization can assure you of heaven. No priest can save you. Being baptized will just get you wet. Religion cannot save you. It's Jesus or hell.
Salvation is not found in a religion, but in a person--Jesus Christ!!!
You are a sinner (Romans 3:10,23; Isaiah 64:6).
Jesus paid for your sins with His blood on the cross: He died, was buried and rose again 3 days later (Romans 5:8; John 3:16,17; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4).
Jesus is God Almighty (John 1:1, 14: 1 Timothy 3:16; Revelation 19:13).
Jesus was born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14)
And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which SEETH the Son, and BELIEVETH on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day."
"I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty" (Revelation 1:8).
John 10:33 says, "The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, Makest Thyself God."
Good Works Cannot Save!!!
Do not include good deeds, merit, baptism or church membership in your faith.
Warning!!! Trust Christ alone or you will not be saved!
"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20).
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord Shall be saved."
(Romans 10:13)
forgive you. Ask Him to save you from sin and hell. Ask Him to come into your heart as YOUR own personal Savior. The bottom line is that you need to have your sins forgiven!!! Only Jesus Christ can forgive those sins. Ask Jesus to forgive you and to save you. The word "call" in Romans 10:13 simply means "to trust upon." In old English, if you did business at someone's shop, you were said to have "called" upon them for their services. Hence, the common business slogan, "Please call again." When you call upon Jesus in faith to forgive your sins, He has promised to forgive and to save you. Forsake your false religion and turn to Christ alone for salvation. Cease from trusting in your own good works. Trust upon the good works of Christ at the cross: His death, burial and resurrection. This is the good news (gospel) of Jesus Christ.
Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner deserving of hell. I know that you paid the price for my sins upon the cross. I now ask you to forgive all my sins and take me to heaven when I die. I invite you into my heart as my own personal Saviour. Thank you for saving me, Amen.
May God bless you!......Come to him now while there is still a chance....once we die its judgement and there is no second chance...life is too short and we know not when we will die, assure yourself of your salvation and call upon Jesus, he will save you today.....
