About the Author


Sidney E. Johnson was born in 1953 and grew up when they talked about the bomb but never about the other stuff. The other stuff being all the immorality so prevalent in our day and age so you won’t find that in any of his poetry and that is refreshing. What he does talk about are the things that matter and the hurts and pains of life and of the joys of family and friends.

He is a family man with three daughters which he and his wife of twenty years are rearing in the beautiful city of Ludington, right on the shores of Lake Michigan. This is where he has made his home and plans to live out his life. Close to the lake and close to home.
