Life aping art??? (Posted: Sep 5)
One of my favourite TV programmes, and I don’t watch many, was Little Britain; hugely funny, but I thought just a bit over the top.

Last night I watched the X Factor (ok, I watch more that I admit to) and saw one of the show’s characters, Vicki Pollard, made live.

Not just once, but unbelievably a pair of them.

OK, Little Britain, I apologise. Not only was your comedy brilliant, but certainly in the case of Vicki Pollard, brilliantly observed and performed.

What it says about the current state Great Britain is, of course, another matter.
