Making the time to do the work. I saw a book about spending 15 seconds a day on your dream and how that built to more and more time spent doing what you love which of course eventually leads to success. I have to agree that the smallest amount of time is preferable to no time spent at all. I have used this method and have found that I am spending time I did not think I had working on my book and how easily the pages are flowing with dicipline and habit put towards the craft. I would love to hear from writers who made their way to publication while working a traditional 40+ hour job. Tips, advice, war stories, tears and laughter, tell me what you've got!
